Mountain biking in Laces is a real pleasure for both beginners and passionate mountain bikers and road bikers. The dry, flowy trails at the so-called Sun Mountain are known far beyond the borders and speak for themselves with their varied steppe-like, dry tours ranging from the easy Annenberg-Easy trail for beginners to the flowy Tschilli trail and the San Martino in Monte tour, the classic among the trails. You can take the San Martino in Monte cable car to easily and quickly get to lofty heights before enjoying pure trail fun at Laces’ Monte Sole.
Shady Monte Tramontana impresses with its forests and meadows and thus offers ideal conditions for biking in midsummer. The Malga di Tarres chair lift takes you to more than 1700 meters above sea level where you can enjoy typical South Tyrolean cuisine in one of the mountain huts before returning to the valley on one of the fantastic trails. The new Barbarossa Trail is worth a visit and awaits you to be discovered.
